Delete Your SwipeCity Account
You can delete your SwipeCity account and the data linked to it at any time, either directly in the app or by sending us a request from this page.
Delete your account in the app
- Open SwipeCity and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the settings icon.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, send us the email address you use with SwipeCity. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days. You can also email support@swipecity.app with the subject "Account deletion request".
What we delete
- Your account and profile information
- Your travel preferences and quiz answers
- Your saved places, notes and itineraries
- Your notification settings and device push tokens
What we may keep
- Purchase and subscription records that the App Store, Google Play and our subscription provider keep for billing, tax and legal obligations.
- Aggregated or de-identified usage statistics that can no longer be linked to you.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future charges.
