Welcome to SwipeCity ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the App.

2. How the App Works

You may log in or continue as a guest. You must complete a quiz that asks for:

Name
Age
Gender
Travel companions
Trip duration
Preferred categories
Travel budget
Referral code (optional)
App rating (optional)

You then receive 5 free swipes. Access to premium features requires a paid subscription.

3. App Services

3.1 Free Version

5 swipes per city
Quiz-based personalization
Option to save places

3.2 Pro Features

Unlimited swipes in all cities
AI-generated itineraries
Advanced filters (e.g., trending)
Early access to new cities

3.3 Subscription Plans

Available via Apple In-App Purchase:

Weekly plan (includes 3-day free trial)
Monthly plan
Annual plan

Terms:

Prices shown in local currency
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24h before the end of the billing cycle
Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation or after the free trial ends
Canceling a trial ends Pro access immediately
Manage your subscription in Apple Account settings
No refunds for unused subscription time

4. Eligibility

Must be 13+ years old
Under 18: parental consent required
You are responsible for account activity and data accuracy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes
Circumvent limitations using automation or bots
Reverse-engineer or exploit any feature

6. Changes to Service

We may update features, pricing, or terms with notice. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

SwipeCity is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

Accuracy or availability of place info
Travel experiences based on recommendations
App interruptions or errors

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the App.
